Requesting a Custom Order
I love bringing your creative ideas to life. If you’re looking for a personalized piece—whether it’s a custom crochet design, a unique gift, or a made‑to‑order home décor item—please review the information below before submitting your request.
What to Include in Your Request
To help me understand your vision clearly, please provide:
- A description of the item you’d like (style, colors, size, theme, etc.)
- Any inspiration photos
- Preferred materials (yarn type, colors, embellishments, etc.)
- Personalization details (names, initials, dates, etc.)
- Your deadline or event date (PLEASE NO LAST MINUTE ORDERS)
- Your budget range (optional but helpful)
Processing Time
Custom orders typically take 1–3 weeks, depending on complexity and current workload as well as the project given. Rush orders may be available for an additional fee.
Pricing
Pricing varies based on:
- Size and complexity
- Materials required
- Time needed to create the piece
You’ll receive a detailed quote before any work begins.
Payment
A full payment or non refundable deposit is required to secure your custom order. The remaining balance is due before shipping. Once receiving a response you can e-transfer the money to : mfederico@live.ca
Revisions
You’ll receive progress updates and one round of minor adjustments (color tweaks, small detail changes). Major design changes after work has begun.
Shipping
Shipping is available across Canada.
