No Returns or Exchanges
All custom and personalized orders are final sale. Because each item is made specifically for you—based on your chosen colors, materials, and design details—returns, exchanges, and cancellations are not permitted once the order is placed.
If Your Item Arrives Damaged
While returns are not accepted for custom work, I stand behind the quality of every handmade piece.
If your item arrives damaged, or there is an issue caused during shipping or production, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage.
In these cases, you may be eligible for:
- A replacement, or
- A refund, depending on the situation
This applies only to items that arrive damaged, not items that break due to normal use,
